The United States National Health Care Act, H.R. 676

The United States National Health Care Act  establishes a national universal health insurance program by improving and expanding the existing Medicare program.   This legislation creates a publicly funded, privately delivered healthcare system that guarantees access to high quality medical care for every American regardless of income, employment, or current condition of health.
